Senior project management, in-house design and a small group of long-term trade leads.
We keep the team deliberately small and senior. Every project is led from first survey through handover by an experienced project manager. Specialist trades either work for us directly or are long-standing partners we've worked with for years.

Most of our trade leads have worked with us for 5+ years. We rarely change subcontractors mid-project.
