What we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect: your name, contact details (phone, email, postcode), project type, budget, timeline and any message you send us.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver any work you engage us for, and meet our contractual and legal obligations.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry and contract data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and contract performance (where we engage with you). Marketing emails are sent only with your explicit opt-in consent.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that don't convert: 12 months. Contract data: 7 years for legal and tax purposes. Marketing list: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent. Email contact@kingdombuild.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
