About Us
The builder you can actually talk to
Most building horror stories start the same way: a salesperson who vanishes after the deposit clears, a price that drifts upwards every Tuesday, and a different bloke turning up at site every fortnight. That's not how we work.
We're a small, senior team. Every project we take on is run from first site visit through to handover by the same accountable project manager — usually a director. The price you sign on day one is the price you pay on completion. The trades who turn up are the trades we vetted. And we'll only take on a project if we genuinely have time to do it properly.
Most clients find us through Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, Edgbaston or Harborne, and we travel as far as Lichfield and Royal Leamington Spa for the right project.

Day 1Send us a message, call, or fill the quote form. No pressure, no follow-up scripts. We just want to understand what you're hoping to build.
2. Free site visit
Day 3–5We come out, listen, measure, and ask the questions that matter. You meet the person who'll actually run your project — not a salesperson.
3. Design conversation
Week 1–3Our in-house designer works with you on drawings and material choices. We refine until you're happy. No rushed sign-offs.
4. Fixed-price quote
Week 2–3A written, itemised, fixed-price contract. Not an 'estimate'. The number you sign is the number you pay — only changes you ask for change it.
5. Build phase
Weeks 4 onwardsOne project manager owns delivery. Weekly photo updates. Tidy site at end of every day. You always know what's happening and why.
6. Handover & guarantee
Final weekJoint snag walk, certificates handed over, drawings in a folder, and our 12-month workmanship guarantee. We're a phone call away after that, too.
