Our Story
From day one to today
Kingdom Build was founded on the belief that residential construction should be run with the same discipline as commercial work — properly costed, properly scheduled, properly supervised. Most builders treat homes as small jobs that can be informal. We don't.
We're a small senior team. Every project we take on is led from first survey through handover by an experienced project manager who's accountable for the outcome. Trades work to a written specification, against a programme, and under direct supervision.
The single best predictor of how a build will go is who's running it day-to-day. We make sure that's always one of us.
We work across the West Midlands and into Warwickshire — most projects within an hour of our Birmingham office. We're members of the FMB, CHAS accredited and listed on TrustMark. £5m public liability and 12-month workmanship guarantee come as standard.
